El Gerente de Comunicaciones y Marketing proporciona liderazgo estratégico y supervisión de la estrategia de marketing, comunicaciones y marca de Be Strong International (BSI). Reportando directamente al CEO, este puesto es responsable de dar forma y ejecutar la imagen pública de la organización, la consistencia del mensaje y la visibilidad en plataformas locales, nacionales y digitales. El Gerente de Comunicaciones y Marketing en Be Strong International será responsable de promover la misión de la organización a través de la narración de historias, colaborando con Desarrollo para eventos de recaudación de fondos exitosos, manteniendo el calendario de eventos de la empresa y representando a Be Strong International con integridad y profesionalismo en las comunicaciones. Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo solicitadas por su supervisor en cumplimiento con las leyes federales y estatales. Los requisitos son representativos de los niveles mínimos de conocimiento, habilidades y/o capacidades. Para desempeñar este trabajo con éxito, el empleado debe poseer las habilidades o aptitudes para realizar cada deber de manera competente.
