Joining the Student Success team, the full-time Academic Advisor II will provide personalized academic advising, develop individualized degree plans, and connect students with university resources while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide personalized academic advising and develop individualized degree plans for students Support employee development, training, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives within the advising organization Connect students with university resources to enhance their academic success and persistence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of one year of professional experience in academic advising or related student support roles Comprehensive knowledge of academic advising practices and university policies Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to assess situations independently Ability to facilitate training and mentor colleagues effectively Virtual Vocations Inc
