Project Executive – Commercial Construction We’re seeking a senior construction leader to help oversee active projects, strengthen client relationships, and grow a commercial construction presence in the San Antonio market. Responsibilities Lead project execution, client relationships, and overall operations in the local market. Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams. Manage existing work while helping develop new business and future opportunities. Build and grow a local team as the project pipeline expands. Serve as a senior, client-facing leader and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications Experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Director, or senior construction operations leader. Strong background in commercial construction, ideally corporate interiors or complex commercial projects. Proven ability to manage teams, build client relationships, and lead multiple projects. Existing client relationships or a book of business is a plus.
