As a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver specialized, evidence-based care to newborns who are premature or critically ill, all within a dynamic and high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities Provide continuous monitoring of patients to ensure their well-being. Administer medications as prescribed and manage ventilators and other medical devices. Educate families about their newborns' conditions and care plans. Collaborate effectively with neonatologists and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. Experience in a NICU or similar high-acuity setting is preferred. Strong commitment to ethical practices and patient safety.
