Foster Care Case Manager (Trauma-Informed)

The Village Family Services, Inc.

The Village Family Services, Inc. in Huntington Park, CA seeks a dedicated Case Manager to assess the needs of children in care, develop Individual Services Plans, and coordinate safe releases. You will build relationships with sponsors, consulates, and community partners to ensure access to mental health, medical, educational and supportive services for families and youth.
