We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of local tax solutions for our international clients. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers and academics implementing change in the financial industry. End-to-End Product Ownership: Take charge of the product development process from discovery to launch, focusing on developing local tax solutions for international markets. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Craft and implement a product strategy that incorporates, align with client needs across different jurisdictions and Scalable's long-term goals. Client Experience: Enhance user interaction by ensuring that local taxation processes are intuitively integrated into Scalable’s product offerings, meeting the complex needs of our international clients. Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards. Delivery Management: Coordinate resources, create timelines, and manage dependencies across teams to ensure optimal delivery of products. Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency. Qualifications Keen interest in the international taxation of clients' capital gains on their financial products.
