Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Pharmacist

The University of Chicago Medicine in Hyde Park, IL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Ambulatory/Oncology Infusion Pharmacy (Registry). You will provide safe, effective infusion therapy and support a multidisciplinary team in a high-complexity setting. You will supervise pharmacy technicians and participate in staff orientation, education and development. Illinois licensure within 60 days and ASHP PGY-1 residency (or 3+ years hospital experience) are preferred qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr The University of Chicago Medicine
