Server/Dishwasher $15-$17/hr 4:30p-7:30p (Part-Time) Community: Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton Position: Server Position Type: Part Time Location: North Royalton, Ohio Starting Wage: $15.00-$17.00 per hour Shift Schedule: Friday/Saturday 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm Responsibilities: Greet residents and create a welcoming dining experience. Host and engage residents, foster a social environment in the dining room. Pre‑service preparation: set up tables, prepare salads, roll silverware. Buss tables, sweep floors and maintain a tidy dining area. Assist residents with dining needs, help with sitting, standing, walking and recovery from falls. Qualifications: At least 16 years of age. English communication skills with at least 8th‑grade proficiency. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop the entire shift.
