This role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr Job # 3013642 Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Meeting Management: Schedule and own Agile-related meetings, ensuring proper communication and alignment. Team Coaching: Mentor teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and promoting self-organization. Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers impacting delivery, collaborating with stakeholders as needed. Metrics & Reporting: Track and report team performance using velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization. Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives and implement actionable improvements for team efficiency and quality. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or software product delivery. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with AI/ML development cycles and data-driven product delivery. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required; SAFe certification preferred.
