Poppin' Flavors values reliability, teamwork, and a welcoming attitude toward all customers. Role Description The Sales Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeffersonville, IN. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions about flavors and products, and guiding guests through their purchase decisions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and packaging popcorn, operating the cash register, handling cash and electronic payments, and keeping displays stocked and visually appealing. The Sales Attendant also maintains cleanliness in the store, follows food safety and hygiene standards, and assists with inventory checks and restocking. This position works closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a consistently positive customer experience. Qualifications Customer service and basic sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, listen actively, and make product recommendations. Point-of-sale, cash handling, and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Attention to detail and ability to follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures when preparing and packaging products. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, move product, and perform light cleaning and stocking tasks. Clear, courteous verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of customers and coworkers. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude, with willingness to learn and follow store policies and procedures. Previous retail, food service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
