You will be responsible for the movement and delivery of merchandise and products to store locations within assigned routes in an accurate, timely, and safe manner. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Ensure timely deliveries to the Tailored Brands store network Unload, process and reload merchandise and freight Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle on HUB routes and deliver merchandise to stores Pack and ship merchandise as required Scan drivers’ logs and tuxedo manifests into and out of the HUB Assist in the reconciliation of data entry errors, transfer discrepancies and pending transfers Ensure security of all HUB equipment and tools Perform driving function within the parameters set forth by the Transportation Safety Department Ensure that work areas are clean Report all injuries to up-line management on a timely basis Actively support corporate mission statement Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with stores, customers and vendors Work collegially in teams What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license (Non CDL). 26 FT Box Truck - Under 26,000 LBS Able to pass a Company Road test Able to pass a DOT physical, including drug screen Good driving record: No more than 2 moving violations in past 24 months or 3 moving violations in past 36 months No DUI’s, DWI, or license suspension in last 10 years No more than 1 preventable (DOT recordable) accident in past 12 months Familiar with the surround market and neighboring cities/surroundings Ability to work in all areas of the HUB’s distribution center and perform any necessary job duties as assigned Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Able to sit and remain alert while driving for a period of at least 10 hours Drive 26 ft. automatic transmission box trucks with a capacity of at least 26,000 GVW Squat or crouch to handle or position freight Enter and exit vehicle cab minimum of 8-10 times per day. Entry and exit will be achieved with the assistance of various steps, footholds, and handholds. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
