This role will help shape PE's vision and expectations for PET into actionable models. Work with PET Leadership Team to develop and maintain PET comprehensive multi-year strategic roadmap to enable technical coordination, architectural cohesion, and engineering excellence across Enterprise IT. Their support will deliver critical capabilities including governance model development, independent policy reviews aligned with frameworks, stakeholder engagement facilitation, and expert analysis of emerging capabilities such as AI integration. Essential Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support comprehensive multi-year strategic roadmap for PETWork with PE front office to help shape PET's vision and expectations into actionable business modelsSupport strategic documentation including operating models, transition plans, and strategy developmentConduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planningDevelop business cases including budget requirements, resource needs, and projected ROISupport establishment of governance structures and business rhythmsAssist with organizational design and capability developmentSupport development of performance metrics (KPIs) and success criteriaFacilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership offsitesConduct organizational assessments and identify improvement opportunitiesSupport partnership development with PEOs and external entitiesMinimum Qualifications6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.Experience in business architecture, strategic planning, or management consultingDemonstrated experience developing strategic roadmaps and business casesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience with organizational design and change managementKnowledge of business architecture frameworks and methodologiesAbility to translate strategic vision into actionable plansTS/SCI w/Poly required at time of hire.
