Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary Range: $75K – $100K | Sign on Bonus: $20k depending on qualifications and experience | Partial Relocation We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical (Med Surg) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a wide range of medical conditions. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team promptly Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Promote patient safety, comfort, and infection control standards Qualifications Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) License Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within six (6) months of hire #J-18808-Ljbffr
