The Role
As Store Manager, youll be the heart of our operation — driving sales, leading our team, and creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Youll also help shape our brands presence both in-store and online, bringing Jason Louis to life across our social channels.
What Youll Do
Sales & Revenue
• Own store sales goals and develop strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets
• Analyze sales trends and adjust merchandising and staffing plans accordingly
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue through promotions, events, and community partnerships
• Monitor key performance metrics and report results to ownership
Team Leadership & Scheduling
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a motivated, fashion-forward team
• Build and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
Customer Experience
• Champion a welcoming, personalized shopping experience for every customer
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and with care
• Build lasting relationships with loyal customers and cultivate new ones
• Ensure the store environment is always clean, organized, and on-brand
Merchandising
• Execute compelling visual merchandising strategies that reflect current trends and seasonal themes
• Collaborate on product selections, inventory levels, and display planning
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory counts
• Stay current on fashion trends to keep the stores look fresh and relevant
Social Media
• Manage and grow Jason Louiss social media presence
• Create engaging, on-brand content showcasing new arrivals, styling tips, and store happenings
• Engage authentically with followers and respond to comments and messages
• Plan and execute social campaigns tied to promotions, seasons, and community events

• Experience in retail, fashion, or a customer-facing leadership role (we care more about your passion and drive than years on a resume)
• A natural connector who loves people and building relationships
• A creative eye for styling, merchandising, and visual presentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A self-starter who takes initiative and leads with positivity
• Genuine love for fashion and keeping up with trends
