Full-Time | Day Shift | Inpatient Care

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Kansas (KS)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support ( ARC BLS )
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support ( AHA BLS )
  • American Red Cross Advanced Life Support ( ARC ALS )

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs
• Implement treatment programs using evidence‑based physical therapy practices
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to all regulatory and facility guidelines
