Pay: From $16.00 per hour

LPR Driver, Full-Time, $16/HR + OT & Bonus Potential

RSX is growing fast, and we're expanding our License Plate Recognition (LPR) division. We need drivers who show up, take their route seriously, and don't need someone looking over their shoulder all day.

This isn't a job for someone looking to coast. We're looking for people who get that showing up on time, doing the work right, and being accountable actually matters, because out on the road, it's just you and the vehicle. You'll run a company-provided LPR vehicle with camera systems built to scan and flag vehicles tied to active recovery accounts across your assigned territory.

We're hiring for multiple shifts. Everyone starts out training on nights, so you'll get to know the job and the equipment before you're out there running solo.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Running your assigned route and scanning with the LPR system
• Logging vehicle info accurately. Details matter here
• Staying sharp and professional out in the field
• Keeping your vehicle clean and taken care of
• Following safety procedures and company policy, no shortcuts

What We Need From You

• Valid Arizona license, clean record for the last 5 years
• No suspensions, no DUIs, no major violations
• We will pull your MVR, so if there's something on there, tell us now rather than us finding out later
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable with onboard tech and vehicle systems
• Bonus if you know your way around common makes and models
• Driving experience preferred: Uber, Lyft, delivery, courier, lot attendant, security patrol, transportation, that kind of background
• You need to actually show up. Reliably. This team depends on each other daily, and one no call affects everyone.
