- 4-day clinic work week, typically 9 am - 5 pm
- Join 4 pediatricians and 1 nurse practitioner
- Saturday call 2 on 3 off, 9 am - 1 pm coverage
- Manageable patient volume of 16 - 24 per day
- Outpatient clinic with light nursery rounds
