Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Additional Certification needed: ACLS, PALS, TNCC Experience: Minimum 1 year of ED RN experience required; 2 years strongly preferred Weekend Requirement (Friday 1900 – Monday 0700): 4 Weekend Shifts per 6-week schedule Holiday Requirement: 2 Holidays per year What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
