We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to help manage the service experience from start to finish. Do you have a passion for powersports and a talent for helping people? Are you organized, personable, and skilled at creating great customer experiences? Come join our team as a Powersports Service Advisor and become the trusted connection between our customers and our service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service customers 
• Greet customers and accurately document service concerns 
• Schedule service appointments and managing repair orders 
• Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines 
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow 
• Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs 
• Review and close repair orders, including processing payments 
• Promote maintenance services and upselling additional repairs when appropriate 
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and confident personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred.
• Powersports, automotive, marine, RV, or dealership experience is a plus.
• Experience with dealership management systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and dealership staff.
• Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, or outdoor recreation preferred.
