Regional Physician Recruiter

Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Regional Physician Recruiter to support physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across our healthcare system.

This role is responsible for full-cycle provider recruitment, pipeline development, and partnership with operational and clinical leadership to support workforce growth initiatives. This position is heavily supported through leadership partnership, recruitment resources, and organizational collaboration, allowing recruiters to focus on provider relationships, market presence, and recruitment execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across multiple specialties and service lines
• Build provider pipelines and leverage professional networks to attract talent
• Partner with physicians, executives, and operational leaders to support workforce growth initiatives
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, onboarding activities, and recruitment logistics
• Develop market presence through residency outreach, conferences, networking initiatives, and recruitment events
• Represent the organization and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Work Environment

This position is based in Lewiston, Maine with hybrid flexibility available. Periodic travel is required for conferences, recruitment events, candidate meetings, residency outreach, and organizational initiatives.
