Full-Time Cook

• Pay: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience

• Schedule: Full-Time, Days

• Typical Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Weekend Availability: Required

Part-Time Dietary Aide

• Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour

• Schedule: Part-Time, Days

• Typical Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Weekend Availability: Required

Full-Time Cook Responsibilities

As a Cook, you'll take an active role in preparing meals residents genuinely enjoy while ensuring dietary requirements and food safety standards are followed.

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other menu items according to established recipes and menus

• Ensure meals are prepared on time and presented in an appealing manner

• Follow resident-specific dietary requirements, textures, portions, and restrictions

• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Assist with food preparation, inventory, storage, and kitchen organization

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen

• Communicate with dietary staff and community leadership regarding resident needs and meal service

• Help create a positive dining experience for residents every day

Part-Time Dietary Aide Responsibilities

As a Dietary Aide, you'll help our cooks and culinary team keep meal service running smoothly.

• Prepare dining areas for meal service

• Serve meals and beverages to residents with friendly, attentive service

• Assist with basic food preparation and portioning

• Follow resident dietary requirements and meal instructions

• Clear tables and assist with dishes and cleanup

• Restock food, beverages, utensils, and kitchen supplies

• Maintain clean and organized dining, kitchen, preparation, and storage areas

• Follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, and proper food handling procedures

• Work closely with cooks, caregivers, dietary staff, and community leadership

Who We're Looking For

• Can consistently meet the position's weekend availability requirement

Previous experience in restaurants, cooking, dietary services, senior living, assisted living, food service, hospitality, or healthcare is highly valued. For the Dietary Aide opening, we're also open to candidates looking to build their first professional food service experience.
