Job Summary and Responsibilities Job Summary As a full‑time Urologist, you will join a well established practice dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our patients in the Gilbert, Arizona area. At Dignity Health, part of our mission is to partner with independent practices to deliver care and healing to our communities. Currently, one of our community partners, Desert Sky Urology, is seeking a Urologist to join the practice. New graduates are encouraged to apply and fellowship is optional. The founding urologist has performed cutting‑edge procedures before any other urologist in the country and offers robotic experience and the ability to perform female cases. To be successful in this role, you will be a board certified or board eligible Urologist with strong clinical and surgical skills and a commitment to providing high‑quality comprehensive care within a busy community‑focused practice. We are offering a guaranteed salary for the first year, a sign‑bonus and relocation bonus followed by a quick transition to productivity and unlimited earning potential. The sky is truly the limit!
