As we launch multiple new cafés over the next two years, we're building a team that believes every interaction matters and every detail contributes to the guest experience. This role is the heartbeat of the front of house. You'll be one of the first people our guests meet and one of the last they see before they leave. While delivering warm, genuine hospitality, you'll also ensure our café stays fully stocked, organized, and ready to serve from open to close. WHO YOU ARE A hospitality-driven team member who genuinely enjoys serving people. Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with guests. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Able to multitask between guest service, stocking, and café support. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces. A team player who treats every guest like family and every teammate with respect. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Guest Experience Accepts and processes orders with warmth and hospitality. Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and hospitality. Accurately process orders and payments through the point-of-sale system. Answer questions about our menu, coffee, pastries, and retail products. Create an experience that makes every guest feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return. Front Counter Operations Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient front counter throughout the day. Prepare guest orders for pickup and coordinate with the bar team. Ensure merchandise, retail coffee, and displays remain clean and inviting. Support smooth guest flow during busy service periods. Stocking & Inventory Keep café stations fully stocked with cups, lids, milks, syrups, pastries, retail coffee, and supplies. Monitor inventory levels throughout the day and communicate replenishment needs. Receive, organize, and rotate deliveries using proper inventory procedures. Maintain clean, organized storage areas that support efficient operations. Café Operations Help maintain cleanliness throughout the café, dining room, and guest areas. Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times. Jump in wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly. Team & Culture Support baristas, shift leads, and café leadership with a positive, team-first attitude. Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates throughout every shift. Participate in training, tastings, and ongoing hospitality education. Help create a culture of accountability, respect, and genuine care. Be someone your teammates can count on every day. Growth & Development Learn every aspect of café operations and guest service. Develop knowledge of specialty coffee, retail products, and hospitality.
