As Huey's server, you will work in a fast-paced environment taking and serving orders fast and efficiently. Being a server at Huey's restaurant is one of the most rewarding experiences you will always treasure. We offer expertly crafted menu items to our guests. You are delivering exceptional service that mirrors our cooking team.

Huey's, locally owned and operated, has been a staple of the Memphis community for 50 years. We're known for our blues, brews, burgers, excellent customer service, community outreach, and family environment.

Servers are responsible for providing quick, friendly service to all customers. Promptly greet tables and take and deliver food and beverage orders. Servers also must know the product to give customers detailed information to help them select.

• Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
• Taking customers' food and drink orders
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for the prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals, and drinks
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant

• Must be 18

• Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods

Huey's has served up Blues, Brews & Burgers in the Mid-South for more than 50 years. Originally opening its doors in Midtown in 1970, this family-owned restaurant is best known for being voted the Best Burger in Memphis since 1984. For more than 30 years, longtime owner Thomas Boggs poured his heart and soul into Huey's, building a legacy that is carried on by his children today.
