Urgently hiring an easygoing, dependable dental assistant to join our small, patient-centered dental practice. You will support general dentistry procedures in a friendly, easy-paced environment with a solo practitioner and a small team. This position is three and one-half days per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during general dentistry procedures
- Prepare and organize dental instruments and materials
- Ensure patient comfort and provide reassurance throughout treatments
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Support patient check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to optimize patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in dental assisting
- Proficient chairside assistance skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Excellent teamwork skills
