Working closely with each and every Paradise Retreats guest, their team ensures their clients are matched with the perfect residence, sitting at the height of resort-style living and equipped with a host of amenities. Position Summary The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of assigned properties, responding to guest and owner inquiries, and coordinating maintenance services. Beyond caretaking duties, this position will be integral in fostering strong relationships with property owners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to company-wide initiatives to enhance owner and guest experiences.The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of assigned properties, responding to guest and owner inquiries, and coordinating maintenance services. Key Responsibilities Maintains high standards for performance and functionality of assigned residences. Tracks, analyzes, and creates effective action plans for guest service improvement based on survey scores and member feedback. Performs maintenance and caretaking services according to service level agreements and management instructions. Engages and manages approved vendors for additional maintenance projects. Coordinates with 3rd party caretakers to ensure exceptional service. Proactively identifies and addresses property-related inquiries, issues, and complaints. Resolves property-related matters during and outside of business hours based on the on-call schedule. Protects and secures assigned properties according to safety procedures and seasonal factors. Conducts weekly maintenance inspections and reports to management. Responds to after-hours emergency requests and fields incoming communication from call answering service. Supports seasonal property audits and identifies off-season revenue-generating opportunities. Submits purchase order requests for supplies and purchases for homes. Supports new property onboarding process, including inspections, introductions, repairs, and upgrades. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Property Charges: Maintains accurate billable hours and owner charge reports for end-of-month billing. Participates in monthly review of owner statements to ensure accurate charges. Reviews owner charges by examining work orders to ensure accuracy. Owner Relationships: Creates and nurtures strong relationships with owners, delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. Collaborates with various teams and contribute to company-wide initiatives. Required Qualifications Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi task. Excellent oral, written, and listening skills. Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills. Honest, respectful, trustworthy, dependable, and caring. Proficient with communication technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, chat applications). Experience with and knowledge of home infrastructure and mechanics. Upbeat, positive disposition with a genuine "can do" attitude. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of property management, hospitality, or vacation rental experience, ideally in a luxury or high-end residential market. Prior experience serving high-net-worth clientele; luxury hotel, resort, private estate, or concierge background is a strong transferable fit. Working knowledge of property management/reservation software Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a clean driving record. Basic bookkeeping or accounting comfort, given the role's responsibility for reviewing owner statements and reconciling billable-hours charges. Compensation, Benefits & Schedule Hourly Rate $31.25 - $33.65 Bonus Eligible for a target bonus up to 2.31% of your annual base salary, subject to applicable deductions and withholdings. For 2026, the bonus will be pro-rated for the portion of the year employed.
