Unarmed Flex Security Officer (SMSSI Colorado) Fort Morgan, CO, United States of America Job Skills / Requirements Unarmed Security Officer Location: Fort Morgan, CO Schedule: Weekend availability required Possible Shift Times: Monday–Sunday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $18 per hour Requirements: Valid guard card Valid driver’s license Must be at least 18 years old Position Overview We are looking for reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. As a Security Officer, your role will involve providing security services at assigned locations, conducting patrols, and ensuring safety on site. Key Responsibilities Conduct foot, vehicle, golf cart, and bicycle patrols Monitor and report activity, report suspicious persons or activities Write detailed incident and activity reports (DARs) Enforce site‑specific rules and policies Respond to emergency situations as needed Monitor and control access points and inbound/outbound traffic Provide customer service and support to staff and visitors Identify and report safety hazards and security risks Qualifications Valid guard card (required) Valid driver’s license (required) Strong observation and communication skills Ability to follow site‑specific rules and post orders Ability to write clear and detailed reports Professional and reliable demeanor Ability to conduct foot and vehicle patrols If you are a dependable and detail‑oriented individual who is ready to contribute to a secure environment, we encourage you to apply today.
