CDL Class A Spotter/Yard jockey

We are growing, growing, growing! Responsibilities of a Spotter/Yard Jockey Responsible for pre and post trip inspections of all tractors and trailers in accordance with DOT regulations. Ensure all trailers and containers are moved, parked, stored and secured accordingly within the recycling or storage yards. Communicate any safety or equipment issues with management. Operate effectively and safely on all staging areas, parking surfaces, and roads. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Observe all safety procedures. Qualifications of a Spotter/Yard Jockey High School diploma, GED Certification, or equivalent work experience. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Three (3) plus years’ experience of roll-off and/or tractor trailer experience. Clear, MVR ,PSP and Clearing House. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus. Must pass DOT Physical/Drug Screen Must pass Background Check Candidates may not have more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years for consideration.
