On Site Personnel is seeking an energetic and organized On-Site Supervisor to join our Groveport office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, helping people, and working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Post and manage online job advertisements
- Source and contact candidates through online recruiting platforms
- Assist candidates with completing online applications
- Conduct candidate interviews and screenings
- Complete new hire onboarding and employment paperwork
- Assist walk-in applicants and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate applicant records and support daily recruiting activities
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English & Creole
- Staffing or recruiting experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, organized, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
