Warehouse AssociateInspired Flight Technologies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for accurately transacting material, picking parts for work orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy within our ERP system.This is a hands-on role that directly supports manufacturing flow and on-time builds.Key ResponsibilitiesPick parts and components according to work orders and job travelersAccurately transact material in ERP (NetSuite)Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliationVerify part numbers, quantities, and revisions before issuing materialStage material for production and kit buildsMaintain clean and organized inventory locationsAssist with receiving and put-away as neededReport discrepancies in inventory or documentationQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detailAbility to follow written instructions and part numbers preciselyPrevious warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredSuccess in This Role Looks LikeAccurate material transactionsClean and organized inventory locationsOn-time kitting for productionLow inventory discrepanciesWork EnvironmentFast-paced manufacturing environmentPrimarily on feetInteraction with production, supply chain, and engineering teamsPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
