THE ROLE:

Join AMD\'s Enterprise Ecosystem & Partner Marketing team, where you will work directly with the ISV partners that define enterprise computing across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, and retail. As a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, you will own joint go-to-market programs with a named set of priority partners, building the joint value propositions, integrated campaigns, and coordinated solution launches that increase awareness, strengthen solution credibility, and accelerate adoption of AMD platforms. You will partner closely with business development, product marketing, ISV alliances, events, and PR to make AMD\'s presence impactful across partner channels, blending strategic storytelling with hands-on execution to reach both technical and business decision-makers and deliver measurable business outcomes.

THE PERSON:

You are a partner marketer who has lived inside the ISV ecosystem — you have worked at or directly with major enterprise software partners, and you know how joint GTM actually gets done with them. You are collaborative and hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partner marketing counterparts. You turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans, communicate effectively and listen actively, and operate with ownership and accountability. You balance strategic thinking with execution and are motivated to drive meaningful results while aligning teams around shared goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own joint marketing plans with AMD\'s priority ISV partners, aligned to shared business objectives and partner-specific GTM motions.
• Create clear, compelling joint value propositions that connect AMD platform strengths to partner solutions in key categories and verticals.
• Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, partner channels, and enablement programs.
• Drive coordinated solution launches, bringing validated solutions, benchmarks, customer proof points, and reference architectures to market.
• Build and maintain working relationships with partner marketing counterparts to secure joint investment, co-branded assets, and shared campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance, partner engagement, and pipeline influence to optimize programs and demonstrate business impact.
• Collaborate across business development, product marketing, ISV alliances, events, and PR to deliver cohesive go-to-market execution.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Direct experience working at or with one ISV ecosystem partners across one or more of these categories, storage, agentic AI, databases, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, or retail — for example
• Demonstrated ownership of joint GTM, partner marketing, co-marketing, or solution launches with those partners or comparable enterprise ISVs.
• Background in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or ISV alliance programs, including developing joint marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Working knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems and the enterprise customer segments they serve.
• Experience creating value propositions, messaging, and solution storytelling for both technical and business decision-makers.
• Ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and to measure pipeline influence and program impact.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, alliances, and partner teams.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
