Polysomnography TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Polysomnography Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. Candidates selected for this position must sign an agreement to obtain this credential.If candidate is a licensed respiratory therapist, then Polysomnography Tech is not a requirement.ResponsibilitiesAll Polysomnographic Technician duties.Scores sleep studies.Assists with the development/revision of Sleep Center policies and procedures.Communicate with Sleep Center physicians regarding their patients and/or testing procedures.Assists with the training of Polysomnographic Trainees and Technicians, including overseeing testing performance.Assists with Quality Monitoring.Orders supplies.Teaches patient PAP classes, as needed.Performs as Charge Tech i.e. workload assignment, decision-making, end of shift report.Assists with patient compliance program, as needed, including making patient follow-up contacts.Attends inservices and meetings as required.BenefitsWe're all about well-being, starting with yours.
