About the Role Redfin offers an unlimited‑commission structure supported by its proprietary platform, dedicated transaction staff, and extensive marketing resources. Agents work independently or within a team and benefit from Redfin’s leading brokerage technology and customer base. Responsibilities Lead clients through the home buying and selling process, winning web leads and closing transactions. Use Redfin’s CRM and technology to manage listings, coordinate showings, and maintain client communication. Collaborate with transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, and showing agents to streamline the transaction workflow. Earn and retain commissions with progressive splits that increase as the volume of closed deals grows, with higher splits for repeat Redfin clients. Qualifications Active, unrestricted real estate license. Minimum of 1 year of residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local market. Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referral business. Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using technology to build a business and collaborate efficiently. Compensation & Benefits Commission‑based role with unlimited upside (expected range $20,000–$250,000). Progressive commission splits; more you sell, more you keep, with higher splits for repeat clients. No agent fees—Redfin covers business expenses, license, MLS dues, association fees, mileage, cell phone, and more. Marketing investment: $65 million in 2025 to generate client demand, roughly $31,000 per agent.
