On-Site Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and professional Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a condominium association. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Trustees, residents, and vendors to ensure the community is well‑maintained and operates efficiently. Salary $70,000-$80,000 Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community. Work directly with the Board of Trustees and attend Board meetings. Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors. Respond to homeowner inquiries and enforce governing documents. Manage work orders, inspections, and maintenance projects. Prepare reports, budgets, and meeting materials. Assist with capital improvement projects and resident communications. Qualifications Prior community association or property management experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HOA management software experience is a plus.
