Call center customer service agent

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our local team. If you thrive on face-to-face collaboration, love helping people, and have a knack for subtle sales, you'll fit right in.

Please note: This is a 100% on-site, in-center position-perfect for those who prefer a dedicated, social workplace over working from home!

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Connect: Answer inbound calls and provide world-class support to customers in a high-volume setting.
• Solve: Actively listen to customer needs, troubleshoot appliance issues, and deliver confident solutions.
• Grow: Turn standard support calls into value-driven opportunities by introducing and selling extended product protection plans.
• Multitask: Smoothly navigate multiple computer systems to keep your workflow efficient.

Pay & Perks:

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Answer inbound calls from curious folks who want to make sure they're covered for the long haul or are looking to resolve an appliance-related issue
• Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing appliance difficulties
• Build relationships with customers and ensure they understand the value of the extra protection while explaining the value of the service plans and answering any questions customers may have

Minimum requirements

• Must be available to work a 40-hour schedule
• High School Diploma/GED
• Intermediate computer skills
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Functioning smartphone for multi-factor authentication
