This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, covering everything from painting and general repairs to waste management and more. Successful candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible with strong problem-solving skills. Weekend availability, appropriate work attire, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks across various locations.
• Perform indoor and outdoor painting as needed.
• Address minor electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.
• Handle waste and recycling disposal; ensure clean and organized workspaces.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment or facility issues.
• Document completed work and report any major issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain safe and orderly work environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or repair experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between multiple work locations.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Physically able to lift, move, and handle equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive work attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
