Senior Financial Analyst Los Angeles , CA Direct Hire Finance $100K to $130K 08/04/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analystto join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $130,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Support budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities to assist business decision making. Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and explain key performance drivers. Develop financial models and reporting tools to support strategic initiatives and business objectives. Manage large data sets, validate information, and maintain accurate financial reporting processes. Partner with cross functional teams to provide insights, recommendations, and performance analysis. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills. Advanced Excel proficiency with experience working with large volumes of data. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Qualifications: Previous experience with data automation, reporting tools, and analytical platforms. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting structures. Previous experience within manufacturing, technology, aerospace, defense, or other complex operational environments.
