We are currently hiring Sales Brand Ambassadors on behalf of our client, Trimlight . About Trimlight Trimlight is a leader in permanent, programmable outdoor lighting, helping homeowners transform their homes for holidays, special events, game days, and everyday use. With innovative LED technology, a low-profile design, and easy-to-use app controls, Trimlight offers a unique product that customers can enjoy year-round. The Opportunity As a Trimlight Sales Brand Ambassador , you'll be the face of the brand inside retail locations. You'll engage with shoppers, introduce them to Trimlight's innovative lighting solutions, create excitement around the product, and turn conversations into qualified sales opportunities. What You'll Do Engage with customers in retail locations and create interest in Trimlight products Proactively approach shoppers and initiate conversations Educate customers on Trimlight's features, benefits, and year-round applications Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Accurately capture customer information and follow up on opportunities Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience preferred, but not required Retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by uncapped earning potential Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at retail locations throughout the market What We Offer $60K–$85K+ Target Earnings Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Health, Dental & Vision Plans 2 Weeks of PTO 10 Paid Holidays 401(k) after 1 year Career growth opportunities Schedule Full-Time | Retail Schedule | Weekend Availability Required For more information about Sales Focus Inc., visit our website at #J-18808-Ljbffr
