Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Ohio

Schedule: Thursday clinic hours, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1 hour lunch)

Position Overview

Employer-sponsored primary care and wellness clinic

Primary care with some acute care needs

Predictable clinic schedule with no nights and no weekends

Patients ages 2+ (patients under 18 are rarely seen)

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat common primary care concerns

Chronic disease management and preventive care

Patient education and proactive wellness support

Document care in the electronic medical record

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Ohio NP or PA license

National certification (FNP or PA certification as applicable)

Active DEA

Ability to work autonomously per state requirements (collaborating physician support as required)

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify

Preferred Qualifications

Primary care experience

Experience with Athena EMR is preferred
