Description Position: Hematologist/Oncologist Location: Marquette, MI Job Type: Full-time Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hem/Oncologist to join respected cancer care team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an advanced, accredited program with a focus on quality, innovation, and a highly collaborative environment. Practice Highlights: Join a well-established team with 5 providers, including 1 physician and 3 APPs 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient mix with a manageable patient volume of 18-25 patients per day Light 1:3 phone-only call, low volume, with consults easily managed Dedicated clinical support team including RNs, case manager, social worker, financial counselors, genetic counselor, research coordinator, and more Weekly tumor board and collaborative care with strong primary care and specialty partners Accreditations include ACOS CoC, NAPBC, and ACR ROPA Clinic Schedule & Flow: Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM New patient visits scheduled for 60 minutes; follow-ups for 15-30 minutes RNs room patients and complete full assessments; triage nurse manages all clinical calls Each provider is assigned three dedicated rooms for efficiency APPs manage inpatient rounding; hospitalists handle admissions Oncology consults for inpatients provided as needed Call handoffs occur at 7 AM; acute leukemia and high-acuity cases referred to tertiary care Compensation & Support: Competitive base salary with wRVU productivity incentives Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid time off, CME allowance, and retirement plan Student loan repayment support Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Marketing and administrative support to grow your practice Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology Eligible for Michigan medical licensure Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Application Process: If you are interested in this opportunity, please schedule a time to speak with us by sharing your info below.
