A Day in the Life

• Start by monitoring live production metrics and controlling process parameters to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct routine equipment and product checks—verifying quality through inspections and tests.
• Spot an anomaly? You’ll diagnose the root cause and implement practical corrective actions to stabilize the process.
• Partner with operators, maintenance, and engineering to boost efficiency and elevate safety standards.
• Log production data, adjustments, and maintenance activities with accuracy and consistency.
• Coach new team members on process operations, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Model safe work at all times and follow all company policies and procedures.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree is preferred.
• Five (5) years of prior experience in manufacturing or a process technician role is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with solid troubleshooting capability.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a cross-functional team.
• Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when necessary.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with production software tools.
