Azure DevOps Engineer

OpenKyber is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms. The candidate will play a key role in driving automation, containerization, cloud migration initiatives, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes (AKS) clusters in production environments.
• Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Implement infrastructure monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions.
• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices across Azure environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management, and security scanning.
• Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices and standards.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
• 3+ years managing Kubernetes/AKS environments.
• Proven experience designing and operating Azure cloud environments at enterprise scale.
• Azure Expertise, Kubernetes & Containerization, DevOps & Automation, Monitoring & Observability, Scripting & Programming

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate

Required: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
