SUMMARY

The financial reporting analyst is responsible for a wide range of activities including gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, making forecasts and projections, making recommendations, and generating Excel models, presentations, and reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Support month-end related activities including management reporting and various monthly departmental reports
• Support planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting
• Support P&L/Bal Sheet/Capex variance analysis by working closely with other finance team members and other stakeholders to provide meaningful insights
• Support overhead and capex cost control activities
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to obtain required inputs for all submissions (actual/forecast/budget/adhoc)
• Ensure timely and accurate deliverables including reporting, forecasting/budgeting, and analysis
• Support process improvement projects using Business Intelligence tools or forecasting tools or such similar platforms as assigned
• Support cross functional projects relating to new business developments, cost control or any ad-hoc commercial decision support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education
  • Associate's degree in accounting or other finance related field.
• Experience
  • 3 years of accounting and finance-related experience in a dynamic and fast paced organization
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, forecasting tool, and/or SAP/ERP systems
