Food Runner Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food service in the restaurant. This role involves delivering food from the kitchen to the customers' tables in a timely and organized manner. The Food Runner collaborates closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to provide a seamless dining experience for patrons. Responsibilities Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and ensure their accuracy and completeness. Deliver food orders to the appropriate tables while adhering to proper serving etiquette. Communicate effectively with both the kitchen and the waitstaff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace in the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all items in an order are ready for delivery at the same time. Respond to customer requests and inquiries courteously and promptly. Monitor tables for any additional needs or requests from customers and communicate them to the appropriate staff. Assist in resetting tables for the next guests once their meals are complete. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate order delivery. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic work environment. Si se brinda alcohol, cumplir con la normativa de “TIPS® Alcohol Certified” y aplicar los procedimientos correspondientes. Responder a las solicitudes de los clientes de manera cortés y pronta. Coordinar con el personal de la cocina y el servicio para la entrega de los pedidos a tiempo. Garantizar que la comida se sirva con la higiene, presentación, porción y temperatura adecuadas.
