ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of four. As a second-generation State Farm agent, I've always been passionate about building relationships, serving my community, and helping people protect what matters most. I'm also a proud Arizona State University graduate and mother of four.

Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I serve as Vice Chair of the Special Improvement District of Englewood, co-chair a local ladies golf association, and stay actively involved in community organizations, local government, and business initiatives that help strengthen our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Lori Ramil - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
