At Cooperative Home Care, we’re hiring Graduate Nurses to provide 1:1 care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients in a home setting in O'Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, Wentzville, and Lake St. Louis.

Pay Range: $32.00 to $35.00 an hour

Sign on Bonus:
Earn sign-on bonuses just by picking up shifts! Work as little as one 8-hour shift per week to qualify, and the more hours you take on, the bigger your bonus gets!

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with NCLEX exam date scheduled and pass within 90 days of employment, or possess an active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn’t active!)
