Key Responsibilities

• Read a synthetic legal matter and its underlying documents.
• Evaluate six blinded AI-generated deliverables, labeled A through F, for each matter.
• Complete five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator deliverable.
• Provide a brief, specific written explanation supporting every preference.

• Acqui-hire merger reviews.
• Seller disclosure schedules.
• Rule 144A and Regulation S closing opinions.
• Series B venture financing opinions.

• Qualified lawyer with substantive experience in the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to assess legal work product holistically, including correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness.
• Precise written English skills.
• Ability to work independently from written instructions and meet deadlines.

• Hourly independent-contractor engagement.
• Approximately 24 hours of work across the engagement.
