Compensation & Benefits

• $20-$30 per hour. Competitive hourly pay + commissions, spiffs, and performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Provide exceptional customer service on every call
• Work alongside a supportive team that values quality workmanship and professional growth
• Help customers solve comfort issues with honesty and integrity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• EPA Certification (required)
• NATE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year)
• HVAC trade school training preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-focused mindset
