Assistant Professor of Instruction – Psychology The Department of Psychology at the University of South Florida, Tampa Campus seeks a continuing 9‑month, full‑time, non‑tenure track Assistant Professor of Instruction to begin on August7, 2026. Salary for the 9‑month appointment is $60,000, with additional compensation for summer teaching assignments. Responsibilities Teach eight undergraduate courses during the academic year (four courses in the fall and four courses in the spring). Provide additional departmental service as assigned. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related discipline from an accredited institution, with a demonstrated record of achievement in undergraduate teaching and departmental service. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction. ABD applicants whose degree will be conferred by the appointment start date are acceptable.
