Pay Rate: $32/hour (2-year Contract)

Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Periodic off-shift hours may be required as needed depending on projects. OT hours will be possible (either during regular shift or weekend work).

What's a typical day as Maintenance Planner? You'll be:

• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating corrective and preventive maintenance activities for production equipment, facilities, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partnering closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and suppliers to ensure maintenance work is prioritized and executed safely and efficiently.
• Developing detailed work plans including labor, parts, materials, permits, and job instructions to support maintenance tasks.
• Receiving and prioritizing maintenance work requests based on business impact, safety, and production requirements.
• Procuring materials and services, identifying suppliers, obtaining quotations, and creating purchase orders for repair and spare parts.
• Managing maintenance inventory and supporting continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and equipment data within the maintenance management system.
• Supporting compliance with safety, environmental, OSHA, and ANSI requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, or a related manufacturing role.
• Are proficient with maintenance management systems (experience with SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Possess working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or automated manufacturing systems.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or Manufacturing Technology, or have equivalent relevant experience (preferred but not required).
• Have experience supporting preventive maintenance programs and coordinating with skilled trades personnel.
